The International Coach Federation conducted a survey showing that 98.5% of clients who had experienced coaching stated that their investment in being coached, regardless of cost, was well worth the investment. In addition 85% said they wanted a sounding board and 78% wanted a motivator.
How much does it cost?
The first session is free - this is a 30-minute taster to see if you like coaching and if we can work together.
Telephone life coaching costs £45 for 45 minutes or four sessions booked in advance for £160 including up to half an hour each week of email contact.
