People I have coached have changed their lives for the better.  This is snips from some of the letters I have received

Jane

The conversations we had have had a very positive effect on my life, and this continues as I write.

My achievements against my goals, while not perfect, have been significant to me - particularly in the fundamental issue of teaching me to get back on track immediately when I wander off course...

I couldn't have done it without your friendly weekly phone calls   and optimistic insistence that I could achieve my personal goals. I have to say that you encouraged me in a very kind and gentle way without making me feel a failure when I didn't always achieve what I'd set out to do.

People say the first step to solving any matter is recognising thins have to change, undertaking a life coaching course for me, I envisaged would help me prioritise my working life and the challenges in it.

What perhaps I did not appreciate was that I would have to face myself on a number of other matters and attempt to balance out different facets of my life.   The process was much harder than I expected, some things a joy, a real benefit to work on, other matters were hard, difficult and a little upsetting.

It was difficult believe it or not for me to accept that I had to make all these decisions myself, and that the coach was not going to wave a wand or give me the answers, the coach was there to coach!   I had to go on to the pitch or the stage and express myself.   I have undoubtedly made big progress.   It cannot be a coincidence how certain aspects have changed for the better.

I would recommend that coaching could offer strong benefits to all.
